As the founder of the PMC Solutions Group, Patricia works closely with executive teams to develop strategy, strengthen operations, and integrate technology in ways that optimize resources and accelerate impact. Her approach is hands-on and embedded, helping organizations move from vision to implementation—especially during periods of growth, transition, or change.
Previously at Deloitte, Patricia managed large-scale, global initiatives and played a key role in building a multi-billion-dollar practice from the ground up—from portfolio development, stakeholder engagement, risk management to performance tracking. Across her career, she has led grant-funded initiatives, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, launched new programs, and built systems that improve accountability and results.
With experience spanning global consulting, nonprofit advocacy, entrepreneurship, and community leadership, Patricia brings structure, focus, and momentum to organizations.
